In what is believed to be the first legally verified case of body part trafficking, Levy Izhak Rosenbaum, 60 admitted to helping secure organs for U.S.A. patrons and pleaded guilt to the charges against him. He same he had been helping to secure organs from people in Yisrael in exchange for payments upwardly of $120,000.
